"Fit women is not your ordinary exercise session. The classes are small which means that you get to know the other girls and it is noticed if you are not there, so no skiving! The sessions are tailored to match the needs of the girls who go and Anne is willing to give advice on all sorts of things including fitness at home and nutrition. The sessions allow you to work at your own pace so no one is left behind and they are varied enough so that you’re not just doing the same thing every week. Anne has also set up different payment methods so you can choose what best suits you so you’re not tied to any contracts. Fit women has given me something to get up for on a Sunday morning."

"I have been going to Fit Women for a while and really enjoy the classes. I have found exercising a challenge in the past and since having my daughter I don’t have time for gyms. Having a class at a time when I can get a babysitter is great and exercising with other women in a similar situation makes the classes even more enjoyable. Fit Women makes exercising fun and the classes are always set out so that you work out using different techniques such as skipping, hula hooping, walking and running which is challenging but in an enjoyable way. Anne is a really good instructor and is very motivating. I really enjoy the classes and feel that they have made me a more confident person."

"I am terrible at motivating myself to exercise and so Anne's Fit Women class is ideal. Its on a Sunday morning, but not too early, so its really convenient. The classes are structured and include lots of different activities from stretches to hula hooping so there's always variety and each class is different - and fun!. We have a real laugh watching each other try and hula, picking up the hoop every few seconds once its hit the floor - but that's fine too because its all exercise. I find that Anne motivates me to push myself as far as I can go in terms of the level of the different exercises. Rather than pushing us too far she allows us to do it for ourselves. Everyone is really friendly and although there are different levels of ability we all get stuck in together - its a really good start to a Sunday."

"It feels much more natural to exercise in the fresh air surrounded by trees, and on real earth and grass terrain. Being able to watch the dogs walking and toddlers playing in the park is also a useful distraction from the burning in your thighs! The class is great because you feel that you're toning your muscles right through from the warm ups to the stretches, and the aerobic exercise is made fun by doing relays, skipping or even playing frisbee. I think Fit Women is a brilliant idea and much better value than joining a gym that you rarely go to!"
