
Classes take place all year round and are designed to give you a complete body workout that will boost your metabolism, burn fat and tone your muscles. Whatever your level of fitness, my classes will leave you energized and feeling great! Whether you’re training for a marathon or just want to feel more confident in (and out of!) your clothes, this group is for you! Sessions include circuit training, core stability, resistance exercises, power walking, running and flexibility. If you haven’t used a hula hoop or a skipping rope since you were at school, now's your chance! This is NOT a bootcamp. There are no food diaries or weigh-ins. The emphasis is on having fun and working at your own level. At the end of the 45 minute session I will be on hand to give you advice on nutrition and weight management, as well as tips on how you can incorporate very simple yet effective exercises into your everyday routine, so even when you're at home or at work, you can still keep fit! There is no joining fee and you can choose to either pay per session, or get a discount by block booking. I limit my classes to 16 places to ensure the highest standard of instruction. My classes will also complement and enhance any existing fitness programme.

What to wear:
You should ideally wear layers, a supportive bra (or sports bra) and trainers. A lightweight waterproof jacket or kagool is ideal. Don’t forget a cap or hat and sunscreen in the summer months. And DO bring a bottle of water with you - you WILL need it.
